Do you ever wonder what it would feel like to be in other people’s bodies? Well Every day, by David Levithan lets you in on what it feels like to switch bodies.

In the book, the main character who calls itself A, wakes up in a new body every morning. This allows him to experience life in a new person’s body. In different bodies he meets new people, but one of his experiences made him really experience something that made him feel love. He met this girl named Rhiannon, and in the day that he met her he was in the body of her boyfriend. Together they had the best day, and A couldn't stop thinking of Rhiannon after that day. From that day on, in different bodies, he would find a way to get to Rhiannon and talk to her. As the days went on, A finally tried to explain to her how he took on the body of her boyfriend and how he is always is a different body.

So far I have enjoyed this book very much. I thought it was well written and it showed a lot of emotions. Even though in real life people don’t switch bodies, it still talked about emotions that people could relate to and think about. The reason why I enjoyed this book so far is because the story was very captivating and it made you feel as though you want to keep reading more. Also the story was overall really interesting and I liked the way the author wrote so for every new chapter it was another day in another body. Something that has been captivating in this book so far would be A has been faced with many challenges throughout the book and it is intriguing to see how he reacts and how he tries to resolve them because he is in a whole different challenge of being in a different life the next day.

Although I really enjoyed this book so far, I think it is directed toward teenagers and younger adults. This is because the characters are teenagers and express some things that are more relatable to that age group. I do think that even if you don’t relate to some of the things going on you could still read the book because it was a very good story and it was very enjoyable.
